EGU2024 - SRCy2024
The month of April has been a busy and exciting time for CiROCCO EU Project!
Our partners from the University of Cyprus, eBOS, I-SENSEGroup/ICCS, and the Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance (CY), were at the European Geosciences Union (EGU) 2024 General Assembly, and the Tenth International Conference of Remote Sensing and Geoinformation of Environment, to spread the word!
These two events were the perfect opportunity for CiROCCO, to present the added value that the project has brought to the monitoring of Desert Dust Storm events; from an improved understanding of mechanisms that govern DDS low altitude dynamics, to enhanced forecasting capabilities.
